Despite for paying the subscription to gold for physics hl , I cannot access my materials . What is more frustrating is that I sent 6 emails , exam is in few days and nothing happened. There is no number to call for quick support

I was excited to download the app as I am indeed a math fanatic however, I was disappointed to find that the app did not even work at all. I tapped on the math AA sl content ( I have revision gold) and it just kept logging me out of the system. This was utterly disappointing as I expected more from such a prestigious app that claims to be the number 1 ib resource for students worldwide… anyways I don’t suggest wasting your time to download the app as it only provides a vast pit of disappointment and doom.

Bought RV Gold Maths AI SL subscription and all features are ‘coming soon’. No way to use the app at all despite paying for it.
