$15 “convenience fee”?!?!!
Love Revival food but to pay $15 to use an app to order food is beyond ridiculous.
Don’t make an in-house app
If you’re a small company there is no need for you to take the extra time and cost to make your own mobile app. Utilize other services your customers already trust like grub hub or bite squad. Also, a service fee and a delivery fee?? Also, a service fee for pickup?? No. I’ll order somewhere else.

Good luck
I tried creating an account, but after the eight password attempts and error messages I gave up. Bummer. Revival has great food, but if I can’t use the app, then I can’t order takeout.
App gives wrong pickup time
Entered an order on the app and it gave a time for pick up at 5:34. When I arrived at 5:30 and pulled up the app to figure out how to get my food, the time changed to 6:25. I had my kids and wife in the car and we’d come down from White Bear Lake so we couldn’t wait. The runner said something about the app gives an estimated time initially so clearly this a known issue. The developer needs to rewrite so it doesn’t issue a time until an actual time could be established. Love the restaurant would not use the app.

Wrong Hours
Ordered take-out (during the pandemic) and the hours on the app were wrong so when I went to pick it up the restaurant was closed. I ordered at 9:04 when they closed at 9:00. The app has no easy way to issue a refund and I’m left high and dry trying to figure out how to get one. Going to have to call the store tomorrow??
