Many bugs in the app. Logs you out for no reason, sms code does not work, withdraw does not work.

Nice App but login process is shocking
App works as expected after I have logged in but the login process is unintuitive. It uses biometrics when you open the app which is successful but then I still need to click the login button and enter my username and password

Simple and easy to use
I came across Altify after mostly investing through exchanges and looking for a simpler solution. Altify's design and experience made the process of switching very compelling and I now use them for all my crypto trades. I also enjoy the Bundles, with a lower risk appetite whilst allowing me to buy the individual coins as and when I want. I look forward to their future products and updates

App is not working
Beginning to think that this app is a big scam. Getting a black screen every time I try to open this app. Don’t trust this app and don’t deposit money on it.
Buggy
Concept and UX of app is good but it is still buggy *A* year of use. It will randomly log you out - even mid transaction and then have to relogin ad create a new pin etc. this is frustrating. If I needed to use it more than the occasional deposit or withdrawal I would be way more bothered by it and probably not even use it. Rather use their website if you intend to be frequent user. Secondly, communication from the team has conveniently become a bit lax since the initial announcement to reserve funds. Updates not sent out or posted on app. This is concerning

Suits me and would recommend to friends and family. Nice range of options between USD savings and higher reward/risk crypto assets
User friendly with room for improvement
The overall app is great, super user friendly and allows me to easily access to diverse assets. The only not so cool fact, is that the performance shown on products page and then on my portfolio do not match. Just a comment to avoid misleading info that can affect our user experience.

Best app for newbie crypto investors
Easy to use, simple process and the transactions are swift and they allow you to start trading soon after you have uploaded a proof of payment. The Bundles are a great way for newbie investors to get into crypto!
