Patients can log their daily exercises, sensor-enabled brace usage, and prescribed medications—all in one place. By tracking these activities alongside daily pain levels, the app generates helpful summaries to support communication between patients and their care teams—which may include physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physical therapists. All data is securely transmitted and shared only with authorized providers participating in the patient’s remote therapeutic monitoring program.
