Loses Connection
When I bought the powerstrip everything was fine then later it kept on losing connection, I must have reset the hardware and deleted app reinstalled, just doesnt let me control it, thank God for local mode. Also my Alexa app doesnt even discover devices anymore.
Does not work!
Idk what update they did but this app does not work at all with iOS 12. No support on their website.
Still won’t connect
Latest update did nothing to help iPhone to connect. Strip remains a dumb power strip. Very frustrating!
Horrible app
App might work one day then not the next or for a few seconds and it doesn’t work anymore you have to continually reset it but it doesn’t last longer than maybe using the app once. The whole point of this is to able to turn things on and off this just defeats the purpose with all the continual resets

Monitoring electricity usage is useless.
When Setting the electricity tariff amount, it only allows you to go as high as 9.99 cents per kilowatt hour when my price per kilowatt hour is 11.4 cents.If I am missing something here please enlighten me.
Don’t fix it if it ain’t broken
The power strip is a great buy considering it can control six devices, imaging using six dumb timers!
However make sure you install the latest firmware (should be automatic) and the version is 3.41 or above. Everything works as expected.

The firmware and iOS app went through many iterations since I first wrote about it, some are good but some are downright alpha ware. The current firmware 3.54 has bugs: you set the schedule time to 17:00 and save, well it then save as 18:00. Yes no joke, I don’t think they have QA. More seriously, I caught the switch turned on outside of the programmed schedule, meaning you cannot rely on it for mission critical applications. And no the company did not reply after I wrote to them about the issues.

Port Names Won't Save
Great device. But the app is so much worse than it used to be. If you can't name the ports, then all the voice activation is lost along with the ability to individually control devices. (Unless you memorized what is connected to what. The device is supposed to handle that .)

Smart device stupid app
What is the use of smart device when you have a stupid app? I simply cannot login to the app and even if this would work I don't see a point in logging in every time I use the app. Completely useless.
Useless as it won't work with slink router
Not impressed as it will not connect with 5g standard or 2.4g
Buggy
I've had this app for just under a week and it's already lost my device three times where I've had to re-add it. I bought this because I have a network lab that I don't want running all the time so this was to allow me to power it up remotely. But that only works if the app remembers my system. Also each time I have to add it I have to follow the cords to re-catalog what device is plugged into what outlet. Also I thought this was saved in the cloud?

Awful
Got one of the revogi plugs and an iDevice plug. No issues what so ever with iDevice. But the revogi never connected. The support site is not helpful. After going through multiple articles and restarts I will be sending the revogi back and getting another iDevice.
Recognized Products
It is extremely unfriendly to set up devices. I have two different styles of led bulbs, a power cube, and a power strip. I can get to the account I set up, but not to a page where I can operate anything. My early style "Delight" bulb works pretty reliably with its app, but the other devices seem to require an "ad hoc" wifi connection, which is a pain. Revogi needs to hire people to set up easy-to-use software and firmware with better instructions. Potentially, these are neat items, but human interfacing needs a lot of improvement.

Cannot find already set up power strip
The app is terrible. It forces connecting to a power strip by logging into its out-of-the-box wireless LAN configuration. My power strip is already on my home WiFi network, and the app cannot find the power strip on the WiFi network.
