Ridiculous Waitlisting System
We are to confirm the waitlisting spot within 2 hours after we have gotten the spot via EMAIL, instead of automatically being assigned with a spot. This is totally not user-friendly. How would you expect us to constantly check our personal email during work hours. And my waitlist spot got cancelled because I didn’t confirm the booking at 5am in the morning when the email came in! How ridiculous!

UI is horrible. Can’t login
Title says it all. Why break something when there’s nothing wrong to begin with. JSON parse error.
Not user-friendly
The new app is bad… cannot show all locations at the same time, cannot filter & search by instructor for all locations as well. The schedule icon disappeared as I was searching which lead me here. I’m having to delete & reload the app again.
