No redeeming
Hi there to the developers I love this app been using it for a year now, but what’s with the redeeming feature still not up, I got all this money to redeem, certain people are saying it works for them and not for me, any date on when this feature is coming back, because I’m ready to delete it, thanks

I’m not exactly sure how to edit my last review to update it. However, that being said when I had wrote the first review, I read all the reviews afterwards (I know, most people read those first but not me I got to figure things out on my own first the hard way) and I decided to actually continue to use the app to see if things updated because I’ve seen the reviews from people who worked through their issues with the app and it starts working great for them. Kinda back and forth stuff. Ideally this app would really be something special if it actually worked and continued to work. However since my previous review I’m sad to report that there wasn’t any kind of change. The app still don’t work. Maybe someone will get it right one day-

Doesn’t Pay out Rewards
This app is a scam!!! I earned enough to cash out rewards and it keeps saying the redeem feature is unavailable and when you click on app support nothing is available either… don’t download this app it’s trash..
Worked great at first, now a waste of time!!!
At first the app worked great. I was able to redeem points to my cash app for the miles I drove but now I have over 5,000 points accumulated and all of a sudden the redeem feature is inactive with no date of when it will be back…… so what’s the point? I could just use my regular map app.

They have had issues with this app from the start. I’ve updated 3 times and still the redemption does not work but wants me to keep using the app to earn points. Complete b.s. I’m not gonna use an app that does not benefit me at all

Does not pay and does not calculate long distances
I downloaded this app almost two months ago. I drive back and forth to California from Vegas for work and thought this would be a good app to use. I e made multiple drives back and forth and the app will not calculate long trips. I contacted tech support, they said to make sure the app was updated and to stay within the app the whole time while driving. I’ve done that and still no points. It will say I’m at my destination but never update the calculated points to my profile. I’ve also redeemed my points and ha e yet to receive my cashapp. One for $10 and another for $20. A complete scam and wasted app.

This app is completely weird and absolutely looks like a scam.
Redemption is doesn't work
I earned enough points to redeem them but I can't, because the redemption future is temporarily unavailable, and there is no such option in the app to contact support.
There is says that “continue to earn points using reward routes”, what is the reason to earn them if there is even no date/s when they are will resume redeeming future?

Does not pay
I saved enough points to redeem for a $10 gift certificate. Redeemed points and got a pop-up saying that it might take up to 24 hours for reward to arrive. It has been 90 hours… no reward, no email confirmation. There is no support to contact.
The navigation itself is average. It does not warn you about toll roads on the preselected route. Not much you can do to change the route either.

Update-7/24/21-They’ve just stopped paying out or made any attempt at doing so, no support and no contact. App should definitely be in beta and if I can report it to Apple, I will.
Update-So since my last update I’ve been able to redeem 2100 points for this week, since it allows 6000 a week it should be fine. Well, was paid once for 600 points worth, but nothing for the rest after a few days when it says to allow 24 hours, still zero in-app support so I have to come here each time. I REALLY want this to succeed, but you cannot keep promising to a “customer” and then failing to provide.
Update-7/10/21, points no longer add, subtract from total sometime, a complete let down, back to COIN for now.
Update 7/9/21-It was working just fine for a day, but now when I arrive at my destination an “x” will pop up and it will say “check your connection”. The connection is absolutely fine and this happened three times in a row today, please patch and fix, thank you.

You are correct, the redeem section is back up and running it seemed, lost all of my points after I logged out though. I understand trying to prevent fraud, but maybe a heads up that you all are trying to prevent fraud and are checking on things instead of me thinking this amazing app is just broken?
Anyways, the fraud thing shouldn’t have been an issue since your system allows for so many points to be redeemed with a certain time frame, which I still had like 3,000 to go before 7/8/21, before the countdown starts over. I drove like 12 hours to visit family over the July 4th weekend, so I racked up a bunch of points (thanks for helping pay for gas!) and I didn’t know I could scroll in the redeem area, it looked like I had to redeem 600 points one at a time, so maybe make it more obvious that the grey bar can be scrolled to select higher amounts. Hope this keeps going, thank you!
Update 7/6/21-Was working PERFECTLY, now when you click redeem, and choose your amount, there is no final redeem button! Guess it was good for 2 weeks but is now broken, back to five stars if they fix this.

I’ve been testing it out to see if it does what it claims to do, and I’m impressed!! I just recently tested out the apps “redeem” feature and was able to redeem money. Not only that, but it’s navigation structure is amazing!! It’s quick, it’s easy, and it gives me free e-gift cards, and free money, and all I have to do is navigate to places I go to on the daily. What’s not to love about it?! Great app!

Won’t get you where you want to go
The app is not nearly as intuitive as other free navigation apps that are already installed, it cannot search for multiple locations, doesn’t reroute based on real Time traffic patterns, doesn’t offer multiple Routes, etc….. There is many bugs and it just doesn’t work as well. Why pay for a map application when far better ones are already on your phone?
UPDATE: yes the basic app is free, premium access is costly for an app the just doesn’t navigate well (it’s prime function)

Cool app
Love that I can get paid while navigating or taking an Uber or Lyft! I’m close to my first $10 reward. As a biz owner it’s good to be able to market my brand in a different platform. Looking forward to new features!

This app is amazing!! I mean who would have thought that I can get paid just for driving my regular everyday route!! Definitely an app to share with friends and family!!!
