Had some difficulties when setting up but support was super responsive, friendly and helpful, fixed the issue quickly, and showed genuine interested in my experience as a user. Very impressed!

Hi - thanks for the feedback and sorry Rewards Kids didn't meet your needs. We did have a bug with One Time Pin generation in a recent update that affected some users, however, this has now already been fixed - so please try again now. Point Categories can be customized during the free trial / with premium access so please email us with more details if this didn't work for you. Finally, for dollar value per chore, we will consider adding this in an update however we will first be adding an optional feature to convert points into money. If this would work for you, drop us a line and we can preview this with you - contact our team directly at support@rewards.kids Rewards Kids is a new app and whilst we have many happy users, we are committed to be very responsive to all feedback so please let us know how to improve it and watch out for updates!
Works really well for us.
They are also saving a lot more since we moved their pocket money to the app. They have started competing with themselves for who can save the most! Also helpful for me and my wife - when they are in a shop and want something, instead of the usual “please can I have”, it’s now “are you really sure you want to buy this yourself” and if they do, I can now immediately deduct it from their piggy bank. So less purchases-on-a-whim.
