Abmeldung funktioniert nicht!!!!!!!

Ich war schon mal angemeldet und habe jetzt win neues Handy und muss mich erneut anmelden. Die App ist Unfassbar schlecht, da diese schon diesmal bei der Anmeldung scheitert!!! Ja es ist die neuste Version. Sobald ich Vor-Nachname + E-mail Adresse und die Datenschutzbestimmung abhake und auf weiter klicke, taucht immer wieder oben im Roten Button: Die API ist momentan nicht verfügbar. Hilfe per E-mail bekommt man auch nicht wirklich. Sehr schade.
