The worst app ever!
Very complicated and not user-friendly at all. Never ever recommending this app to any institutes.

Why do we use this?
Rarely works without problems. I have to delete and reinstall multiple times. The UI is not intuitive and cannot be customized. The service costs too much money for the value it delivers
Great support
There is a support team that is good and polite. Although sometimes there are some difficulties with using it. But it can be managed well and on time.
Can not select version 2
The app only display version 1 to choose, next to it is blank space
Hard to use
Hard to find descriptions of the works( “i” icon) I suggesting to change the design and make it visible easier to notice and also sometime I have done texting in the textbox but then it disappeared and not just one but three times from five that half of it!!
Cannot log in
Keep “wrong password” despite it’s the same password that I’ve saved
Cannot login application
Keep “you don’t have permission” and auto log out!!! I tried 30++ to re log in 😡😡
