1.7.0
September 28, 2026
- No more limits on the free plan: unlimited routines, and History, Progress and records now show every workout you have ever logged. - The multi-week overview shows every planned session, including runs, rides and swims without a distance target, recovery days, and two sessions on one day. Each pill carries its own activity icon. - Rest timer on the Lock Screen no longer gets stuck at 0:00. The card flips to your next set the moment rest ends, with no "OK" to tap. - Apple Watch: rest goes full screen with −15 / +15 buttons, and heart rate stays on screen during the whole workout. - Apple Watch: hold a set to edit it, tap it to tick it. Watch and phone can no longer disagree about a completed set. - Apple Watch runs: bigger, more readable split and segment cards, plus a stronger split buzz. - Carries and similar exercises can log weight with time or distance. Every exercise now says how it is logged. - Supersets show in your workout history, and Edit Workout can change them. - Decimal commas work everywhere ("16,5" counts). - Fixes: History menu on iOS 27, warm-up-only exercises now show their sets, smoother first-run setup, clearer Cancel on the watch. Enjoy!
