Discovered device and froze up

“Found (Sennheiser) Evolution series device” and froze. Won’t go any further.

Not working at all.

I will change star rating and comments right after the software will start to work at least.
I was trying to connect to the system of sennheiser 3000 systems, which was described as working with the software, for the whole day with no success. WSM was working fine. So the problem is inside the software.
