NEW: INVENTORY You can now work with your assets and equipment directly in the app. • Browse all assets for your area name, class and status, with search and filters • Add a new asset, or edit an existing one, without going back to a computer • Tap Access Equipment on any asset to see the equipment linked to it • Equipment shows as easy-to-read cards you can swipe through, or as a table if you prefer • Add equipment with a Simple form (a handful of fields, done in seconds) or a Detailed form with the full record • Take a photo while you are filling the form in , no need to save first and come back • Add notes and files to any piece of equipment • Type-to-search on the Category, Type, Detail and Space Category fields, so you don't have to scroll long lists • Use My Location fills in Location Serviced from where you are standing INSPECTION PROGRESS ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN Open an inspection and a live card appears on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, showing the inspection name, asset, linked equipment, how far along you are, and your Pass/Fail counts. It updates as you work and clears itself when you finish. QR SCANNING The QR scanner is now on the Inventory page as well as Inspections, so you can scan the code posted on a piece of equipment and go straight to it from either screen. NEW DASHBOARD CHARTS • Equipment Condition : see at a glance how much of your equipment is in good shape and how much needs attention • Replacement Forecast :what is due for replacement over the next five years, and which items are coming up first BETTER ON IPAD Screens now use the full display properly in both portrait and landscape, and forms and pop-ups open at a comfortable size instead of a small box.
