Difficult
This app makes it difficult to do things that should be easy. There are times when accessing one account are paramount and it doesn’t allow it or is down for maintenance. Setting up autopay is one of the most confusing things I’ve ever seen. Instead of a specific day on a calendar it asks how many days before due date, without presenting the due date.
Until recently, I was locked out of my account for years and could only pay on the phone.
This app is clearly developed and funded by folks who have zero vested interest in the users or community for whom they serve.

Not Great
Won’t allow you to change date of payment to be processed. Also the payment due differed from that on my bill as it leaves off miscellaneous adjustment charges. Typical RGE billing confusion.
The worst company
No one has a clue at this organization and their app works the exact same way.
New Outage List design is cumbersome
You recently revised the layout for your outage list. Originally, streets per municipality were in alphabetical order and easy to view. Now, the streets listed are no longer in alphabetical order and makes it difficult to see at a glance, what outages are out there! What’s new is not always improved!
