So many bugs nd zero service
This SSC CGL preparation app is honestly very poorly managed. Their backend gets random software updates anytime, and then for the next 2–3 days students keep suffering because the team is busy fixing bugs instead of providing a stable platform. They have absolutely no concern for students’ time and preparation.
The support team is extremely disappointing. Every time you call, they just say “please wait” with no proper solution or timeline. I literally had to wait 12 days for a single bug to get fixed, which is unacceptable for an educational platform.
What’s worse is that they only seem to work properly during the morning. At night, nothing gets resolved and students are left helpless. The teamwork, management, and technical handling are completely unprofessional. Very frustrating experience overall.

Laggy pdf viewing
When opening pdf in the app it feels laggy and didn’t work properly
The application is useless and so are its team members.
Dear RG Vikramjeet, do you people do the job of fooling the public? I have purchased Aditya Ranjan Sir’s batch twice. If I don’t open and check the app for a few days, the course that I have bought doesn’t even show up. Why do you people do this? Do you think money grows on trees in our house?”
Need some fixes
The scrollbar option has disappeared while viewing pdfs (class notes and sheets) after the update . Has become very difficult to navigate to pages. No option to download pdf as well. Please fix this
I’m unable to login
I tried frequently times even uninstall it but still I’m unable to login i do have subscription as well but still can’t able to login in phone, please fix this as soon as possible.

Can’t even login to my account and when I sign in they say already exists …. Worst application really disappointed!!! When I need to attend classes everyday and I can’t even open this app then what’s the point of purchasing a course !!!! Too much backlog before exams !!!

Password issue
After the update, the app stopped responding to my credentials. It shows invalid credentials. Its draining the time of students. What about the money which we paid? How am I supposed to solve this issue? Whats the reason for this error??? Even if you contact the helpline number, there’s no response. It all just feels like a scam. Im not the only one facing this issue, I’ve seen many people commenting the same problem. And I don't think you’ll even notice this issue.
