Good idea, terrible execution
This app offers the idea of an efficient way to check-in to your gym. However, my experience with this app has been nothing short of abysmal. Ranging from the inability to pull up the location I’m searching for to complete crashes, it is awful. I hope there are updates made in the future to improve this dumpster fire of an app.

Half-baked
I'm feeling embarrased for the app maker. Someone thought it would be a good idea to release this half baked product into the world. It doesn't even have all location listed. Take it off the app store, finish making it, take a little pride at what you do guys.

Downloaded this as the web app is cumbersome to use and lacks key features (such as seeing payment history). However, the app version refuses to find my gym, so is completely unusable.

Yayyy! I can now see ‘My Recent Online Bookings’ in the app again.
Also it would be cool if you could fix the auto-fill feature where it says ‘Choose existing participant, or enter in new name...’ I want it to auto-fill my email as well as my name but it never auto-fills the email.

It doesn't work
There is literally no app within this shell of an application. None of the functions work.
Very buggy
Can’t see recently online bookings anymore, keep getting an internal error.
App does not work.
This app does not work. RGPro has a mediocre web interface, and a worse app. Would not recommend any gym use them.
Stopped working
Worked ok for 2 years. Now every time I try to book a class it gives me an error for “bad gateway” or “page not found”

Won’t let me sign in because of bad gateway.
Clunky and broken
Clunky signups and has been broken (unable to view classes or signup) for weeks. Movement gyms should have something better.

Cant sign up for classes. Tried redownloading the app. Still gives an error code.

Janky, currently non functional
The app works, even if the layout is outdated and confusing. However, for the last few days it straight up doesn’t work and displays an error message when trying to see available classes, book classes, and view your already scheduled classes to confirm or cancel.
In desperate need of update
The app just broke this past week. All of the links to book classes, review bookings, etc are broken.
Barcode doesn’t load
I only wanted the app so I could check in to the centre without needing my physical membership card, but the barcode doesn’t load when I select it just a white screen
Utterly awful u/i
It works, but it’s clunky and basically feels like the internet in 1998. App needs to take up entire viewport, larger text, bigger buttons, and support for adding member pass to digital wallet as just to get to 3 stars. Graphic design improvements and bespoke gym branding will get it to 5.
Wonky
What's the point of having an app if it's all just hyperlinks? Pretty pointless other than using my barcode which even then has its issues. Not to mention how plain and ugly the entire interface is.
