Easy to use and great support
We use the app for several of our conferences and it’s been very easy to use. The support has been fantastic. They typically answer within an hour have modified things for us within a day.
Horrible App. Deletes accounts
This app is entrusted with recording professional development credits for conferences. It frequently fails to record codes which can only be entered within a time frame. Then it deletes your credits and entire account record within a very short time frame. No email or warning. Permanently deleted and the customer service is non existent. I simply won’t attend conferences that use the app and strongly encourage my peers to do the same.

Crazy bad app
I don’t know which totally stoned programmer write this app but is stinks worse than a bulldog indoors .. why SWSO chose this is mysterious.. too much acrylic fumes or nitrous or loco weed.
Review
This isn’t an app I would chose to use on my own but the conference I’m attending required it. It is not very intuitive nor has it been reliable. It’s only the first day of the conference and I have had to delete and re-download the app on three separate occasions.

Hi Roxsw; We're sorry you had that experience. There was a hiccup in storage related to iOS 13 so that it did not retain the user credentials. We have since patched the app, but it looks like your conference was unfortunately the one at which the problem was discovered.
