OLDER THAN JUNIOR HIGH

You know med school iOS devices changes but this thing has a staple thru residency fellowship so forth its a hidden gem in med section. Worth every penny but I don't know how much it is now it was I think $2.99 10 years ago.

I have a new iPhone 13 with latest version IPS and am unable to download this app because “developer needs to make updates.” In looking into closer this app has not been updated in 7 years. Why is this still available for purchase?
