Hard for me support this company when their I purchased a product that fails and I get no reply!
I reached out first via FB and was directed to email, which I did on several instances and I get a reply back we will get back, and nothing happens.
I purchased two Apple Watch gave cover which keep locking off and even got a crack on one that popped off and hit the floor and cracked.
I tried deal with customer care and if they were as on point as the marketing team things would be great.
I can’t support this company if they don’t stand behind their products especially when I tried to fix this in the first 2 weeks of ownership! Sorry for this review but your customer service is lacking and sadly not on point!
