Love the coffee and food the new app leaves a lot to be desired where is the search and where are the waters?
Bad App
This is a coffee shop. The first page on the menu should be coffee. That’s all I want and it’s a mess to have to search through the whole menu to get a simple coffee. I also used to receive my rewards instantly but now I can’t figure out how to use them at all. Thankssss guy
Forget Starbucks
Rhino is the best coffee in Shreveport. And the breakfast burrito (don’t judge me) is REALLY good too!
Great drinks and tasty food, lack luster food service and app
All of their food and drinks for the most part are delicious, but the app is terrible. You have no idea if anything is unavailable until after you put everything in your cart and from there it’s a guessing game trying to figure out what’s wrong with your order. Additionally they say it’ll take 15 minutes for your order to be ready but don’t count on any food being ready by then. I don’t know if they only have the ability to cook a single food item at a time, but last couple of times we’ve gone here we waited 40 minutes for 2 breakfast burritos. They’re delicious, but no where near 40 minutes of waiting worth it delicious. I’ve also stopped ordering the breakfast sandwich on a bagel which was a preference other than the bagel being burnt and hard as a rock whenever I’ve ordered it. I don’t exaggerate when I say you could seriously chip a tooth on the bagels. If you’re looking for good coffee definitely get drinks here, but they definitely need to fix their kitchen, and fix their app.

The best alternative!
After getting tired of Starbucks continuously dropping most sugar free options from their menu, not to mention the difficulty apparently they’re having a getting supplies in like peppermint and various flavors for the holidays, I have decided to officially go back to RhinoCoffee! They to have a call ahead and pick up order option just like Starbucks and I never have to worry about things being out of stock. Not to mention the service! Thank you rhino coffee for picking up the baton.

If they don’t have your particular item on the menu if you ask they will happily give it a try! Been coming here since they opened it’s our perfect meeting spot before we go to meals on wheels

Rhino’s new app is super convenient and user friendly. I’ve had an unhealthy addiction to their breakfast scones for years now, and this new app has really helped me streamline the whole scone acquisition process. Thanks again, y’all!

App crashes or doesn’t load quickly. Add option to load gift cards
Amazing app
Makes paying so easy.
Needs better payment options
Should be able to link a gift card that you can reload, similar to the big coffee shop. I don’t like having to link directly to debit or credit cards.

And coffee too. Or, really, anything Rhino makes or serves. This app makes it too easy to spend my money, but that's fine as long as I get my credit. Great work guys!
