Great App.. Poor Functions
As a Season Ticket Member for the 2025 RIFC Season, I’ve been excited to utilize the Mobile Wallet features built into the App. But ever since the new stadium opening, it’s never worked once as intended.
The mobile app has a point system that ties to a QR code which simply never fills up for some reason.. and no announcement as to what this point system is. From experience on game days, I’ve even seen season ticket members turned away from the Capelli Sports Store at CVB Stadium in Pawtucket, and pointed to the Fan Services Phone Number for more support.
There’s also a bunch of functions like: Mobile Ordering, Discount QR Codes, and a Fund-Transfer functionality. But nothing has worked as intended yet. Mobile ordering doesn’t work as nothing shows up, fund transfers are non-existent, and the QR Discount system alongside the 2 Discount per game policy is simply Ridiculous.
The app is not fully developed, and the developers have released a had baked loaf of an app that simply doesn’t get updated in a timely manner for weekly game days and it’s a shame.
There’s no business to consumer feedback, as the only support you can receive from RIFC is through their support email or phone number which, 1: They never seem to answer and 2: it takes 5-8 days to hear back from their support email. It’s frustrating and inefficient.

One of The Best USL apps out there
From using different ticketing services and apps alike, RIFC app has been a wonderful experience overall.
The UI and layout makes sense while providing a community aspect to excite folks.
The ease of access in connecting your account with sea geek is a plus, and having the ticket show up right through the app to add to Apple wallet is also a nice touch.
Hyperlinks work easily and load up a browser within seconds.
