Not working after upgrade
I loved the old version… updated because it wasn’t working, and now it’s not working at all. Such a drag! Time to find a new editing app.
Glitches and no longer functional
I loved this app for so many years but now it’s completely non functional. It was working well until it wasn’t. I wouldn’t download again.

I use this app so much but hate that the sticker packs have doubled in price- is that necessary? I can see maybe 25 cents- but I definitely only buy the new ones I really really like. Also- there haven’t been any new sticker packs or updated trends. Also- the line spacing is not working. Please keep up with this app-

A few options are missing or not functioning
I’ve enjoyed this app for a long time and use it frequently. I noticed the spacing feature no longer works and the lines packet is no longer available. Hoping for a quick fix or let us know if these are not going to be offered going forward. Thanks!!
Purchases Do Not Restore
After years of in-app purchasing, my design purchases can’t be downloaded or restored. However, they can be re-purchases,which seems like they’re willing to continue receiving revenue from the app with no responsibility to their customers.
Tried contacting the developer to no avail. Apple is unable to refund for any issue over 60 days and I am not interested in the refund as much what I purchased.

Doesn’t work anymore.
The app won’t let me create new project. It just freezes and doesn’t do anything. After investing money on buying the app and multiple items in the app, I am not happy. I’ve tried reaching out on Instagram and now no one will open my messages anymore. Feel like I got scammed.

App seems to be abandon-ware, hasn't been updated in years and now no longer functioning

Loved their apps but…
Loved their apps but they are unfortunately not updating them any longer. Still hoping otherwise they are a solid 5*.

I think if the app were given a much needed update, I would be able to give it 5 stars. But the app will barely run anymore these days. It’s unfortunate for those of us who have invested in most or all of the sticker packs, when the app won’t stay open long enough to use. :(
Stopped working & needed tweeks
I used to love this app so much that I was willing to overlook the fact that you couldn’t save raw projects. And consider it a five star regardless. I invested so much money buying fonts literally hundreds of dollars over the years and I didn’t regret it until now it hasn’t been working for months. I’ve reached out and never received a response, so I can’t help but leave a review and it’s down to one star because I cannot even use the app. I open the first page and I click open current project or I click the photo album icon to start a new project and from there there is no moving forward on either option. Pointless and all my money is in there wasted. I am so disappointed especially not to hear back from the developer via the website or Instagram.

Please update and fix issues
App is always glitching, freezing and shutting down. I have re-downloaded it and have a new device and plenty of storage. The issues happen also on my ipad. I have been a dedicated fan of Rhonna Designs apps/products since they launched. It is absolutely disheartening to find after spending likely HUNDREDS of dollars on this app over the years since the very beginning on all the fun cute new packs that it no longer works properly for me. I find myself needing to use canva now for so many things I would rather use this app for because it is always giving me issues. Will there be any more updates to keep the app working well as technology advances? Are we just at a loss for all the cute packs we bought ? Is there a way to receive them via brushes or stamps files to use in photoshop since the app no longer works properly? I really miss my Rhonna Designs. Sadly at this time I can no longer suggest this app to friends or rate it 5🌟 anymore. Please do well to your following Rhonna Designs team and find a way to help the app improve and work right again. No new updates of packs is fine. I can be okay with that. 😆 I really just want to create with what I have purchased. 😍😍 Thanks! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

My Most Favorite App!
But it’s been a year since there have been any new updates! Will there be any new additions? I check anytime I see I have apps that need to be updated.
App won’t let me upload my own photos
Been using this app for years have had no problems with it until today. Normally app looks for my photos to download and make overlays onto it. But there’s no download / upload button anymore which is a real shame
Needs updates
I have been a huge fan of this app since it was created. I have spent an Huge amount of money in this app over many years of additional fonts and packs purchases etc. It is so sad to see it have more issues than ever before. I have not been able to use the app seamlessly like I used to. Seems it crashes often, tells me sticker packs can’t load etc. I am sure I have space on my devices and my devices are updated for newest softwares etc. Sadly I can no longer say this app is a 5 star app. I love it so much and prob is my number 1 app for creating for many years. No longer. I find myself going to canva now more often because it works properly.

Doesn’t work correctly any longer
As others have commented, the app no longer works correctly. I’ve spent a good amount of money on this app (in-app purchases for additional features) and the app no longer functions the way it used to. It won’t access my most recent photos without reloading photos multiple times in the app and it will no longer allow me to change the photo but keep the text/artwork I was previously using. Please fix the bugs. They weren’t there before.

I have been using this app for years and now it has stopped working completely..
Great app but needs an update!
I’ve used this app for years without an issue. I get the latest iPhone recently and the app has basically become unusable. The images I paid for won’t stay loaded on my phone and then I get error messages. There have been no app updates it seems in a long time so I imagine it’s possibly a compatibility issue. I emailed customer service 2 weeks ago and have had no response. Disappointing since this is an app I dearly loved and always recommended AND I have a lot of money in.
