How can a software company be soooooo bad at software? APP regularly doesn’t work. Staff has to reboot system to get app to connect. I should have bought the Heartland system

There have been issues where I had to delete and reinstall to get it to work but other then that it’s been great
Defective
App does not open no matter how many times I uninstall.
Will not connect to the server
Downloads but that’s it. Click on it and nothing. Just goes back to home screen.
