Glitchy
I was really excited to get this app - it has all of the features I think I’ll need in one place. There are so many glitches however. Whenever I use the AI tool it crashes and “My Garden” often shows as empty even though I’ve added current plants and wish list plants. I then add them again and the other appear. Frustrating. I’d really like it to work but looks like I’ll have to cancel before my free trial ends

Cost
No mention of cost until you sign up to an account (which you have to do) and then once they have all your details you’re asked for payment. Sneaky. Not for me if that’s how they operate.

Misleading - it’s not a free app
Cant access app
Wont let me put in a password when signing up. Cant even access the app
Not working
Paid a month ago, it keeps asking me to verify my email and won’t let me access the app until I do but I am unable to verify as it doesn’t send me an email sp that I can verify. Why does it want me to verify again and block me in the meantime, I signed up and paid so why?? It only worked during the two week trial period, not since I paid £35 for a year. And yes, the money has come out of my bank account. Very disappointing.

Too Glitchy for a paid app
Too many glitches, takes ages to load regardless of WiFi speed, tools not available, way to poor to pay for when it’s this unreliable, how to I get a refund?
Great easy to use website
Used this app a while ago for planning my garden. I’ve moved now and need to do it again. Much improved UI and ease of use. Lovely image and far easier to use now
App not working...
The App has stopped working on my iPhone. Just stuck on the "Loading" screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but makes no difference. Disappointing as I like the App use it quite a lot. But pretty useless if it doesn't load.
Stuck at loading
Downloaded for first time got stuck on loading screen, deleted and re-downloaded twice, same thing both times so have given up with it

Unreliable
More and more often I find it won’t let me log in or it becomes stuck in the loading screen which isn’t good enough for an app I’m paying for

Rarely loads, have to re-enter details every time and takes an age of it ever does.

Just bought on trial and tried the plant ID part using photos of plants in my garden and the recognition is very poor.
NOT FREE
It gets all your information before revealing to you that you have to pay
Lags
Doesn’t work, lags and doesn’t load properly. Not an issue with WiFi as other apps work fine.
