AI filled bs, the planning and routes aren’t even correct
Charged during “free” trial
Used the app for maybe 5 minutes and realized it wasn’t for me. Despite canceling (cannot even locate a charge on Apple) I was charged the annual fee. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times with no response.

This isn’t what was shown in the social media ad. Did a free trial to see what it was about and got charged $10 immediately. 0/10

Bad App & Sneaky Subscription
Absolutely awful experience. I tried the app once during the free trial, immediately decided it wasn’t worth using and never opened it again. A week later, I was charged for a $60 yearly subscription. I appealed the charge and it was denied and when I appealed, denied again. I received no value from the app but apparently their business model relies on people forgetting to cancel and get stuck with a $60 bill. That should tell you everything you need to know. The app is forgettable but their billing practices are not. Save yourself the headache or cancel the free trial immediately when you realize ChatGPT is a better trip planner.

Subscription renews by itself Scam!!
I canceled subscription 5 days ago & was still charged & it’s no way to cancel subscription. Subscription are handled through stripe and not Apple so they continuously try to charge you randomly.
