Rhyme Support App is a tool for our customers to connect with us! We want to make our response times shorter, with better uptime for you the customer. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have. You are able to order supplies, place service calls, and check on the status of those items within the app as well as request training and submit meter readings. The app has a message center that allows us to relay important messaging to our customers.
