30+ years never bounced a check, never asked for money. However, they were taking a lot from me. Fee here fee there!!!

A lot of people told me to go to Rock Island Credit Union and I have not regretted that decision ever since!!!!
When you walk in you feel welcomed for a conversation. They will literally shut the door if you wanna have a deeper type conversation lol
I was with y’all less than six months asked for a car loan and y’all gave it to me and it wasn’t on in a NADA listing it was 200,000 miles but it had to be kind of worth it in that range 😊
I recommend y’all everywhere I go that banking is mentioned 😉

Online Banking Made Difficult
Great for checking daily balance, terrible for anything else when compared to other banks/credit unions
The new update
Ever since they switched over to the new format, I’ve had nothing but issues and it got me into getting some late bills and time where I couldn’t make any payments or schedule any payment because it was loading or had an error I wish I’d go back to the old format it worked
Awesome App
This App is so easy to use and the functionality is top notch!!
Balance delay
Account balance does not change right away when you make bill pay payments. It’s easy to think you have more than you do in your account because there is a time period where you can’t tell if your payment was deducted from your running total or not.

I think it is stupid that I have to change my password.. I don’t like the fact you make me change it. I pick a password I like and would like to keep that one. Very upsetting that you make me change it.
Amazing
I titled this amazing because every time I come into the bank I get amazing customer service even if I’m upset about some thing. I will never use another credit union I love the employees that work there everyone is kind and gracious merciful and understanding so many things have happened for me because of RIA I love you so much more than you will ever understand thank you for all you do for me to make my life easier thank you for trusting me when you give me alone thank you from the bottom of my heart Shona

Mobile check
I would like to see the amount increase for mobile check deposits. Other local credit unions allow up to 3500$. That would save me a trip to the branch once a month.
Lots of glitches
Sometimes the app won’t work at all, specifically on the weekends when the bank is not open. Balances and transactions are not always up to date and the app will put the money you just spent back into your account to take it out again. Not sure if the bank is trying to overdraft customers accounts or what.

Most banking apps have too much going on, in a banking app where the number one issues are ease of use and security? This does it! Definitely handy and you can control multiple accounts, especially the low ones! Normal status lol
Won't show account info
This app is totally useless. Just keeps waiting and waiting. Does nothing. Will log in and that's about it. I expected much more.
