Good, but like a car with three wheels. Limited use.

No AUV3, in 2026 really limits its usefulness.

Great fun

Fantastic app

It’s GREAT, but only Inter-App Audio! Will it EVER BE AUv3???

That’s all she wrote…

Game Changer

Even without using other synths with this app, it sounds great. But hook it up using MPE and you are in a brave new world.

Ncredible sounds/ MPE goodness

From the minds of Patterning…..

Great and original device

I love it! It is full of possibilities, easy to use, fun and very useful. And the user manual is very clear, very intelligently designed. There is, obviously, a great team working at Olympia Noise : thanks a lot, guys!

Still lovely

It was one of my first apps when I started my iOS journey. Still sounds great compared with the newer ones. Would love it to be AUv3, though!

Terrific Performance Tool

A great instrument to riff on and play leads with. Easy interface as well. 5 out of 5 highly recommend!

Great app, a lot of possibilities

So many options. And auch a nice, intuitive interface. Great combination with patterns from the same developer.

Really excellent app

Very nice and playable interface. Synth engine is nicely musical.

i just wish i wasn’t in an old mini ipad

goooood lord: this app is amazing for the price. i was looking for a ribbon controller to send midi into my modular analog rig (which it totally does with the right tools), but i have been spending most of my time with it within its own synth, because the digital synth itself is shockingly robust, and it’s amazing to have endlessly polyphonic ribbon control!

Ribbons rules!

Best polyphonic ribbon controller ever...cool voices...excellent editing...so great...

Awesome sounds !

Cool app with nice features, definitely recommend to check out !

No MIDI in? Please add support for MPE in

I just bought this app hoping to use with my MPE devices only to find there is no MIDI input, only MIDI output options. Very disappointed.

Versatile App!

There’s something eerie about this app that makes you want to come back to it. I especially the fact that you can change the temperament. There’s not as many options as Synth One, but the ones available are an interesting variety.

Niche, but good niche

...like my own little Ondes Martenot, but on my iPad Pro. Fun to just mess around with, or go deep and record with.

Now my go-to expressive lead app.

This is the control I've been waiting for. I'd like to see a stack of 1-3 vertical sliders on your choice of left or right, color settings, and the ability to assign anything to a slider or Y. A second keyboard above with it's own settings incl. height and pitch offset would be great too.
My only complaint is that notes begin on standard pitches even with 0 snap set.
Even better than the positive/neg slider would be separate pos/neg amt-amt sliders each with their own y-axis center, or just freehand a vertical levels wave for each parameter. This would truly single out Ribbons as the most expressive live controller possible (unless you want to add four y-level assignments, for each ADSR phase). That would be the ultimate control this app is heading towards. Public domain KRPM.
