Good as usual except….
I ordered the side grilled onion for the first time but unfortunately it was not cooked, basically a raw onion. They need to do better there but we like Rice and is usually very good!

Please fix rewards issue. If you try to use rewards at checkout it says there is error on amount paid.

Wasn’t able to order certain items through the app but was available in store and also when I’ve placed orders, it changes the items. The order in the app wasn’t the same items the restaurant received

This is my favorite take out place. It is always delicious and fresh. The portions are generous and the owners are wonderful.
Auto Tip
The app adds tip automatically on the final confirmation screen hoping to get money from people moving to fast. Gonna eat here a lot less due to unethical practices
Soot on food again
Is not the first time that I order in this location a the staff burn the chicken, a lot of soot on the chicken, it’s easy to not burn the chicken, at least clean the grill, these soot are toxic, mix with the rice, and always lose like 20% of the chicken removing it, I told the staff before, but they keep doing it.

App is garbage
Food never came. Miami location on Brickell specifically. Never refunded me. Had to open a case with credit card

Attention to detail
We loved the food; unfortunately, our order was not complete, once we arrived at home, we realized we were missing a portion of it. We have called and and called to no avail. Mistakes happen but you have to make things right. Especially when you charge your customers and you don’t deliver the product.

Worst update ever
I’ve literally never written a review for an app before, but the update that Rice just made to their application is so bad that I needed to write something. It made it near impossible to login and order food.
It should in no way be THAT difficult to order something.

Opt out violation
When signing up for the app profile it wouldn’t work unless you opt in for marketing emails the company by FTC can fine businesses up to $50,120 per email that violates the law.
App has been malfunctioning for over a week
I open the app and the initial photograph disappears in about a second. I tried to reach out to the creators of the app but I am taken to a screen that does not have to do with Rice nor would it accept my info. The restaurant’s manager is facing the same problem and said that “the company knows and they are working on it”. For how long?????

App is much worse than previous one
Really poor user interface and buggy, doesn’t allow you to check out for some reason as well.
New App doesn’t transfer points from the previous version.
I’m a regular client, it’s been many years, and I’m a huge advocate for this restaurante because I just love it and there is many healthy options.. My frustration was that I was not able to order unless downloading the new app version. So in doing it all the points I was building they disappeared immediately. Huge turn down for me. Disappointing to say the least.
