Excellent collection of recipes!
Even though it is difficult to find all of the PANEANGELI ingredients in the US, I love the recipes provided and the various ways they are organized (difficulty, occasion, time required, etc.). Just wish there was an iPad version to make it easier to read while I'm baking.
