Recycle schedule
I am not sure of all the changes to this app but it difficult just to get the recycle schedule as in the past.

Simple and effective! It tells me the day prior, an alert pops up to remind me what’s being picked up- trash and then whether it’s yard waste or recycling.

Garbage Collection
The workers are so distracted when they come around to collect garbage, they have left my garbage on multiple locations and I cannot get through to call to let them know that they did not pick up my garbage. There is no excuse because I have it on the sidewalk as requested, and I also have my garbage in bags as required.

Useful app ( I definitely recommend )
Convenient, helpful, & request through the app like bulk pick up schedules are easy & quick. I sent in a request form for a bulk pick up Sunday night around 10pm, they emailed & called me by the next day (Monday), & my items were picked up 7am Tuesday morning. Thank you for all the help and professionalism, shout out to the recycling & waste management team 💪🏾

All homeowners need this
I read posts in my HOA Facebook page every week where people question, “Has thrash or recycling been picked up?” Or they don’t know that weeks with certain holidays, the pick up may be delayed for a day. They act like our wonderful waste disposal team have purposely forgotten or skipped them. It’s quite embarrassing how some of them rage on.
If they had this app and link their calendar, they will know when pick up is scheduled. They will know which week is recycling week. And they could stop posting their unfounded frustrations to Facebook.

I was struggling to remember Recycling Day and it was frustrating. When I discovered this app it made my life so much easier. I knew exactly when to take trash to the curb; gone are the days when I would have to wonder if I put the recycling trash out on the right day. All I can say is many many thanks.
