Frustrated
Still not able to receive any alerts since the new install and still get random alerts from old number from Richwood bank stating a bogus withdrawal twice now.

The staff is always very helpful. They have set my accounts up along with my 2 teenage daughters. One of the employees went out of her way and sent my daughter a card congratulating her on her first job land gave her words of encouragement. We also love to get our coffees and smoothies there 😊

It’s so convenient to be able to pay bills, transfer money from one account to another, and deposit checks. Further, using Zelle, my husband and I are able to transfer money to each other’s accounts, even though he banks at a different bank. The app never glitches and is very rarely down for maintenance.
