Unreliable results
Might be a good idea, but a large number of scans don’t even pick up the full UPC and are just invalid.
Ok needs updates
I can see this app being useful, just needs a couple of updates. For now though, if you need to take a quick stock take on a small batch of inventory it may work for you. Other than that, I wouldn’t rely on this app and would use the back office on a computer instead. The scanner isn’t all that reliable, sometimes it feels like it will pick up on everything but the barcode itself. Also, don’t like that you can only see the UPC and not the description of what was scanned. A feature like this would be super helpful to make sure that every UPC is assigned to the correct product. So for now, I’ll be sticking to doing my inventory updates the original way.
