Worthless app
Clunky, glitchy, and outdated. Of all of the banking apps that are convenient and easy to use, not sure why Riddell can’t hire someone to make their app better. I would be embarrassed if I was them. It makes a company look outdated and unprofessional to have an app that doesn’t work well.
App keeps crashing
My app keeps crashing and I am unable to pay an online bill because I can’t get into my app.
App will not open with iOS 16.0
An update would be welcome.
Horrible app
This app constantly glitches. I’ve had to reset my password at least twelve times because of it.

Does it work on iPhone? When I click the app I just get a white screen. Maybe it’s just me.

So amazing! You can pay your bills, transfer money between accounts, and best of all it has Face ID!

Awesome App!!
I love being able to see my balances without having to login. I also really like being able to transfer money from one account to another instantly from my phone. The Touch ID feature is quick and convenient.
I would do 0 stars if it let me.
Major pain to work with. It shows transactions faster than website, but if you forget your password you are pretty much screwed. Then you must call back into bank and reset password, then login on website. Then you must call back in leave a voicemail and wait for someone to return your call, so you can get your device enabled again. Not worth downloading.
