So I have tried to uninstall and reinstall this 3 times and I still can’t get it to register my finger touches. I can’t skip the beginning scene and I can’t do anything when it asks for player name. Hope this gets fixed so people can play it but it’s not playable at this time

I was able to close the ad, but the screen to enter my name was unresponsive. It’s unplayable; don’t waste your time. (iPhone 8 using latest iOS)

Just downloaded today, can’t skip the intro movie so when that’s finished I can’t enter my name or hit ok. So I deleted. 🤷🏻♀️

Simply wont let me play
I’d really love to play this game. I can’t, because you need to type your name for player before it even lets you start, and it doesn’t work. Tried and tried.
Glitch in the downloading.
I’ve tried 3 separate times to uninstall the reinstall any other version of it so I can actually get past the main screen. It won’t even let me type my name! This has been nothing but a headache and it seems that these type of occurrences and happening more frequently.
Needs fixing
The ad keeps popping up on the screen where you enter your name causing you not to be able to enter it. There is no X to get out of the ad. I tried reloading and even clicking on the ads so that it would go away but nothing worked. The later reviewers all have the same issue. I have a fairly new phone with 256 gigs of memory so that is not the issue. Fix it please. Would like to give a zero rating based on the lack of service. This has been going on for a long time based on reviews. It only shows the good reviews on the app screen and they are all from two years ago. If you look further, this issue was going on 2 years ago at least.

Froze
It froze on the player name screen, so I couldn’t even try the game. It’s irritating that Big Fish is trying to sell it when you can’t even play the game.

I wanted to try this game but I couldn’t even type. The touch screen wasn’t working at all. I’ve reinstalled the game twice and still nothing. Fix it

The items in inventory's labels are difficult to read and don't stay on long enough to read.
Wish I could finish it...
There's nothing worse than paying for a game, getting into it, then having it completely lock you out. Like many others on here, I made it most of the way through the game, but it's now stuck on the loading screen for me as well. Deleting it as soon as I'm done writing this post. Who wants to pay for a game that you can't even finish. (Would've had good reviews up until that point)
