Get around Bend in style and comfort
I needed this service in my life and I am so thankful it exists. I typically try to get around by foot or bike, but when weather or conditions are not ideal this service has been legendary. I’ve made appointments, met with friends, caught dinner out downtown and more just by opening the app. The drivers are nice and certainly go the extra mile to ensure that your experience is great. I love the idea of ride sharing and am so happy that I now have an additional transit option.
The app is super easy to use as well and can save addresses to save you time.

This service is amazing! great drivers, timely, and clean vans. services like this one add to the bend community. This can make life easier whether you own a car or not and help to cut back on the traffic issues everyone is so keen to complain about. Plus it’s free.
Would be great if...
First the good. Driver was great, can’t beat that it’s free, and arrival times very good.
Problems- glitches attempting to reserve rides. I don’t use a smartphone, so i at first attempted to call the provided number. Immediately realized that the call rep wasn’t in this area when he asked what time zone I’m in. First red flag. Then, when i gave the drop off address he said that it wasn’t in the ride zone area, which it clearly was since i had looked at the map provided. i gave another, closer address on the same street, assuming perhaps the boundary was off by one street. Again, he said that there was no availability on the whole street. I was attempting to get to NW Franklin, downtown, which was most definitely in the ‘zone’. He insisted there was no glitch. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there wasn’t one. I then said i would contact someone on the website and then he asked if I’d like the manager to call me. I said yes, but they never called. I then went to the computer and attempted the app. It too, at first said my destination address was unavailable. Downtown. I finally looked at the list of options you can choose out of the businesses and picked one on the street i needed. What do you know, i got a ride. I got the ride, but had i been out and about, without an app to finally get it right, i would have been unable to get to where i was going. Which is important. Not all of us rely on smartphones. So if this is to work, it would be nice if A, the call reps were actually in Bend, and B, people who don’t have access to ‘smart’phones can actually get ahold of someone who can help. I hope it does work, the glitches get fixed, and this project is extended, or at least bus service be made available to the Westside neighborhoods, because it would be convenient and pull cars off the road. And, as another reviewer here stated, make sure that students don’t have to drive and look for parking. On the right track, we need more public transportation solutions, but i hope i can get rides reserved easier next time around.

Best service you can ask for
Free rides to all the best locations in bend with friendly drivers! What more could you ask for? I only wish they would continue the service through the next term of school so that I don’t have to clog up the parking at school.
Simple and Easy to Use
The app as well as the service is really convenient and easy to use. Will definitely be using this service as much as possible!
