PLEASE UPDATE
The app as other and myself have said is no longer able to connect to any of my hoverboards by Jetson. PLEASE release an update today that fixes this.

However the products work splendidly and operate in a correct manner.

Not good I tried to sign up for the app and I got everything and everything felt ok until I realized that the sign in button didn’t work so I said ok let me try again still didn’t and doesn’t work

Probably one of the worst managed apps for e bikes

Every time I try to sign in the button won’t even work and it’s just a struggle.
Can’t even change the speed now
Tried changing the speed and other settings since my daughter is now older but this new app won’t let me. So it’s stuck on a slow speed. Very annoying.

The hoverboard will connect to my phones Bluetooth and even play music but when you use the Jetson app to find the device it simply doesn’t connect. Tried everything from power-cycling, forgetting the device in my Bluetooth settings, etc.

Do not get
If I could rate it 0 stars i would.my hoverboard was connected to my iPad and it said please connect so I gave up
Don’t get…
I got to change my hoverboards speed and color but it never finds it… after 1 hour of trying it didn’t work.

Nice electric bike but the app is terrible,every time I try to sign up it does nothing to sign me up it just stays in the same screen so I can’t do anything with my bike.also trying to connect Bluetooth to bike is a hassle no matter how close you are to your bike it won’t connect to it.
