Writing style of a junior, junior school pupil that is.
I have enjoyed the content of my first purchase,but it was an excruciating read, poor grammar. Virtually no commers and many unnecessary words. I will stick with MCN.

The App on iPhone & iPad is rubbish
Received digital subscription at Xmas. Setup was a nightmare. 2 separate logins (Grt. Magazines & Ride app). Took weeks to sort out. Recent email from Grt. Magazines, simplifying login by introducing single password for both account. Followed instructions & back to square one, no access to digital subscription (blocked by banner “become a member to continue”, - I have 6 months of my subscription remaining). Now wondering whether Ride magazine is worth the hassle.

Can’t access any articles or magazines
I paid for a 6 month print+digital subscription but when I log into this app I can’t access anything. I’ve messaged Bauer publishing about it but no response. Feel a bit scammed at the moment!
Real everyday motorbike life
Ride Magazine not only shows you the latest and fanziest motorbikes, but also your everyday issues like general legal advice, long term experiencies, trips of all kinds, motorbike gear comparisons, and the lot. No other magzine is so rider-focused, excellent.
Rubbish App
I have taken up an print and digital subscription. The app never loads, constantly asking me to subscribe and log out. Cant read a single thing. Loads of emails back and forward to resolve and nothing has changed. I have given up emailing as it’s like talking to a brick wall. When the offer is up, I won’t continue with the subscription.

App doesn’t work for me. 2 months ago I subscribed to print and digital and despite many emails back and forth, solutions that don’t work, I haven’t been able to view a single issue! Their support is useless. Don’t waste your money!

Excellent search function for articles in old issues
The search function is great - if you’re riding through a particular area or town, you can quickly locate all issues that mention it and then, read the items online or, like me, refer to the hard copy issue.

I’ve been buying the Ride on and off for as long as the magazine been about but now gone with Digital to help with where to put them & be green a wee bit too . Always helpful tips on where to go , what to get , what to buy , how to ride better !
Never works
Constant problems with subscription not showing up in the app that require lengthy phone calls to sort them out, only for them to reappear a couple months later.
Keeps logging out
I am into my second year of subscription now, bought by my daughter for Christmas, when it works it’s great but I have now experienced probably 4 times at least where I open the app to find I am no longer logged in, I enter the same login detail which I am sure are correct as I kept a note last time, but it refuses to log in

Digital copy not accessible (now working 3 months later!)
I have sent multiple emails to Bauer support and still I am unable to login to the app to read my subscription to RiDE. Not impressed will be going back to paper copy. 13/02/2022 I’ve now been unable to access my subscription of RiDE since 12th Dec, I’ve sent numerous replies to support at Bauer media and no one has sorted this out other than to extend my subscription by 2 months. 25/02/2022 Finally someone at Bauer media sorted this out the kind lady Liz? I spoke on the phone reset my account and voila! I was able to reregister on the RiDE app something other app and customer service staff have failed to do since December! Don’t waste your time with chat and email links phone them! Increasing rating from 1 star due to that staff member who sorted it out today thank you!

Plagued by flawed login system
Took over 6 weeks to get my account to work. Have been logged out on all devices again. This app is a pdf reader behind a paywall, it’s not that complicated.
Love it
Re subscribed to mag after a gap of 15yrs. Still as good as ever particularly their kit reviews, I always buy Ride recommend kit as I find their reviews to be accurate.
Great magazine shame about the app
It’s just a picture of the magazine. On the upside it doesn’t fall over these days.

New app version not working with back issues
Since I dowloaded the latest version of the app, I can view content from my latest renewal, but all the back issues I have paid for over the last two years are no longer available.
I have, of course, emailed Bauer media and the App providers and have had an occasional delayed email response, but no resolution.
I won’t be renewing my subscription.
