It has blocked my money and none of their rides work with the app anymore. Can’t get a refund or nothing.

I’ve been an on-again-off-again user of this app for years. My girls love it when I can magically start the ride from my phone. The new update is nice, gamification is fun, and good to see that all my past rides count towards my level.

I purchased 3 tickets and tried to start an attraction but did not work. I called 1300 and left a message. However no response. Very disappointing. I do not recommend.
Best App Ever!
I’ve been using this app consistently since downloading it, and it has made life so much easier when I’m out and about with the kids. It’s a real game-changer for finding and managing kiddie rides. We did encounter one issue where the ride wouldn’t connect, but I called their office, and they resolved it right away. Excellent customer service and a must-have for parents!
