It cannot find a street address. You have to eyeball and guess your destination on the map. The map literally does not allow you to specify an address. .

Ok this is a real review btw if ur planning to get this I recommend you because I have a lot of places to go w/ my friends but early on you can get a bit confused but after like 4 week u will get it trust :)
What’s the point without real location?
App is completely pointless since the real locations is always “temporarily unavailable.” Can never truly tell when a bus will actually come since there’s no consistent location tracking.

Good app overall. Could improve real-time bus location of route 26 and 5.
Bus either never arrived or arrive 10 minutes early. Geo location was not working.
You can’t count on the bus when the GL location isn’t working and the bus does not show up as scheduled. I was at the shop seven minutes prior to the projected arrival the bus never showed up or arrived very early.

How is there no way to look up a bus stop by the stop ID?

Accurate RT location, mislabeled stops
I stupidly trusted that the 55 was going to stop at Shady Grove Metro Station Bus Bay C, as listed in the app, instead of relying on the map showing it was heading to Bus Bay K or L instead. And because Bus Bay C is on the opposite side of the tracks from K/L, I missed the bus. You should accurately label which bus bay you are going to stop at, or what’s the use? Oh, I know. It’s that I was relying on logic, which is apparently something Montgomery County is still trying to figure out.

Horrible don’t depend on it
Horrible. Entered the address to where I wanted to go five times and each time the app could not comprehend. Enough said.

Glad the app exists but is unreliable sometimes. Lists pick up times for buses that don’t exist when there is reduced service which makes it not as reliable or as useful as it could be.

Every time I’m using it to search for the location of my bus 90% of the time there is no live location. Also when I put in an address, it could not find the address
