Horrible. Entered the address to where I wanted to go five times and each time the app could not comprehend. Enough said.

Glad the app exists but is unreliable sometimes. Lists pick up times for buses that don’t exist when there is reduced service which makes it not as reliable or as useful as it could be.

The live location feature is great… when it works
Every time I’m using it to search for the location of my bus 90% of the time there is no live location. Also when I put in an address, it could not find the address

New App Version
Since the new version of Ride On app released, it has been very accurate on the arrival of the buses.
Not real time
The journey planner does not use real-time bus data, making it unreliable for daily commuting. On routes with buses every 40 minutes, like mine, its recommendations can leave you waiting for the next bus and arriving late for work. Customer service is no better—complaints appear to go unanswered.
Scheduled busses do not arrive.
Drivers are rude when asked about scheduled bus times when no bus arrives. Cannot rely on bus as reliable transportation to work

Fix the live location
Live location is a joke for M70, most busses are not enabled and always really late. You regularly see two busses stacked stacked together with one full and one empty.
Unreliable
This app is useless. Better off just screenshotting the bus schedule you need because this app never shows real-time delays or live location. It is literally useless. I will be waiting for my bus and the app will say the bus is at the stop *now* but then the bus doesn’t even show up for 10 more minutes. Ridiculous.

Real time, well organized, fast, good graphics, useful notifications. I’m super impressed. Nice one.
Why? Just why?
This has to be the most convoluted app I’ve ever encountered. I have just resulted to relying on the Apple maps on my phone to get to bus routes to find out what time the bus comes. This map can’t even find major landmarks like a library. it says it can’t be found on the maps and then I have to go in manually search it on the map and I see the bus route and I can click on the bus stop, but it won’t tell me the number of the Bus.

Not on the exact time
47 bus is not following the schedule. Especially the 7:33am and 7:58am at Fernwood Rd & Tusculum Rd station, rarely on time. And the 7:58am bus’s driver is rude.

47 bus leaves Bethesda station earlier than the schedule time in the late evening. Passengers have to wait for almost an hour in the cold weather.
RIP route 20
Currently have been waiting at the SS station for a 20. Have seen three 14s , and 2 of every other bus including 2 just sitting here not even n service. The actual hell? After the snow storm service actually stopped without notice. Worst route ever

Right on 34 bus just drove past me was not on the app. The app failed.
