That was a bug, not a design choice. Once you declined, our in-app prompt re-fired every time the app came back to the foreground and never remembered your answer. It's fixed in 3.5.10, rolling out now. It only raises notifications where they actually help. If anything else feels off, email support@rideready.app and we'll dig in.
