Day before ride?
On my Android phone, I can see my Ride information as soon as it is set up the day before. That’s great so I can plan ahead. However on my new iPhone I don’t get my information until the day of the ride. I never get the tab “upcoming trips” or even “my account “. What’s up with that? I really wish it was the same as my old phone.

Crashes on ipad
The app crashes as soon as I open it and try to enter my information. I have deleted the app and downloaded it about 3-4 times even turning off and restarting my iPad. This is just a very recent development in the past week before that it was working just fine. It works OK on the iPhone, so I’m not sure what is happening.

Loved Ride reveal
It tells you the times that your bus comes to your house also it does give you a transportation for when you have a job it definitely brings you to your job early so you will wait till you clock in for your shift

Android version better
I use this app to help coordinate my client rides at the group home I supervise. I can’t log out and into other accounts on this iPhone. Also only limited information is displayed.
Needs Improvement
I wish this app was more like Uber or Lyft. In other words I’d like to be able to see where my ride is and what the estimated pick up and drop off times will be. Other than that this app is ok. It just needs some fine tuning.
Could be better
It’s nice to see scheduled trips but it would be great if we could confirm trips directly on the app.
Great app, but...
The app is great and all. It's very useful, but...it was better when it showed how many stops there were before your ride would arrive.
