Doesn’t Work
This app doesn’t show the trolley at all. The point of the app is to track the trolley in real time. The map doesn’t even show the trolley and the website has the trolley stuck on one date, not moving. Total garbage.
Can’t see trolley
When I moved here I thought, what a great way to get around. I live right across the street from a trolley stop. It’d be nice to ride it to have dinner and drinks. Also to ride it to Main Street during events. In the year that I have lived here I have been able to see the location of the trolley twice. I deleted and reinstalled like another user suggested and that worked once.
2 of the times when I couldn’t track the trolley I walked up there and I had to wait 40 -50 minutes. Which unfortunately has put me off of riding it, but I really really want to.
I was told by one of the drivers that they have two trolleys and only one of them has the tracking system. So my question is, since they seem to use the trolley without the tracking system, why don’t they:
1. Use the trolley with the tracking system more often. (Bc it seems like they mostly use the one without the system)
2. Transfer the tracking system to the trolley they use more frequently

Have the app on my phone but tapping Trolley takes me back to

This would be great but that app doesn’t actually show where the trolley is so not worth the download.

I love the free trolley. It’s a great service the city provides and I appreciate that.

I really want to use the trolley more often. But since I have no idea where or when the trolley will show up, it makes it difficult.
No wonder there is such a low number of riders.
Maybe it doesn’t work well with iOS ?

Ignore any review over a year old
Wow, so many crabby people have lots of time on their hands and have nothing better to do than bash an app for a FREE TROLLEY! It’s working fine now. It shows you where the trolley currently is. There isn’t an exact time it comes to a particular stop because it runs in a loop. People need to get over themselves.

Every time I try to do anything the app closes.

App needs functionality, routes need redesign
The app is very basic and shows routes and timetables which are helpful if you want to know where and when to board, especially since there aren’t any clear markers or maps in the real world. One thing to fix is show time in hours and minutes not 997 minutes. As for the buses, the routes are a jumbled up mess that no reasonable person could decipher if they intended to get anywhere on it. Most buses most days are completely empty, a few times I’ve seen a person on a SCAT (really?) bus, but if you want to actually provide a service instead of wasting my taxes on inconvenient buses you could start by operating buses in both directions on a route and peak frequency of every 15-30 minutes. Better routes would include a Fifth Street route, Kingshighway/94, Clark/Elm/Riverfront Dr., and Duchesne/Hawk’s Nest/Zumbehl routes.

Unreliable on trolley
App told me the trolley is 26 minute away, then 1 minute, then 8 minutes away— all within 60 seconds. Then with the estimate, app says to click on “okay” to learn more about a particular stop. Instead, it showed only a YouTube ad for the trolley—nothing about points of interest at the stops.
Needs a little work
I70 commuter does not display the PM schedule.
Only real-time tracker is for the trolley. Be nice to have a tracker for the commuter service.
