Unreliable App
It really is difficult to believe that the trolley service won’t do a better job of managing this department. No signage when certain trolley stops are closed, QR code doesn’t work to bring up the app and the app in inoperable. What a joke!

Says bus is coming that has already past, says another is coming in 5 min as it gets to the stop, just useless

App literally doesn’t work
I’m a Uni student living on campus, and this app is honestly so unbelievably horrible. Back at the start of fall semester this school year, app would show me the routes the school shuttles take, but wouldn’t actually show me where the shuttle was at the time. About halfway through the fall semester, the app literally just stopped working and every time I try to open it, it gets stuck on this endless loading loop that never ends. So frustrating because I never know when the shuttles going to show up. Don’t love having to figure out if I need to start walking to my class or if the shuttles going to show up.

Five Years Later, still doesn't work
If you're a new student to the Fairfax area, this app will hurt you more than help you. Its interface is not communicative at all, and I had an impossible time trying to find my first ever bus ride.
I knew that wanted to get to a Walmart in the area, which my friend said was possible with these busses. But my only options for navigating the menus was clicking on the routes, rather than the bus stations themselves or the location I want to go to. This only helps if you somehow already know all the routes and where they go.
Just ask another student where the bus stations are. It will save you the headache.

Worst transit app ever
I rarely ever wrote reviews but holy cow this app is terrible. No real info on shuttle times and by the time it updates locations simetimes the shuttle is long gone

Hard to be useful when the airport you use isn’t listed.
Frustrating
It’s very frustrating that I can’t see the times for each stop all day, and only can see the next two. It would be much easier to plan ahead for things if I knew what times to be at the bus stops.
Not what I need
Will gladly upgrade review if someone can address some concerns. First, the app requires me to have my location on. Why? Im at the bus stop, that’s where I am. Once location is on, the app shows me where I am but not where the bus is. That’s what I need this to do, show me where the shuttle to the airport is. Is there an icon I’m not familiar with that shows me where the shuttle is? I see the stops, which I don’t care and the rout, which I also don’t care….it’s a shuttle, there is point A and point B. What is the rout for if I cannot see the bus in relationship to it? I can get a rout map and stop locator anywhere and I wouldn’t have to give away private info to get it. The app seems more like a data gathering for unknown purpose more than a useful tool.

Glitches
I love this app but one problem I have is it won’t show all of the buses that are running it only keeps showing a certain amount of buses but it won’t show all of the buses
Need a schedule! Waited for over an hour
Waited for over an hour for a shuttle that never came. I ended up ordering a Lyft. There were 4 buses on route and the app said 8 mins away for 30 mins. I was hearing the bus drivers had to take a break but they should stagger or have a set schedule so people can anticipate that and make their flights on time. This app didn’t work for me.
