Twin falls should have a bust transit this is a bandaid on public transportation. Book a ride and watch your wait time continue to increase every 30 mins. I’ve been at 43 mins for 3 hrs
Horrible Excuse for Public Transit
When Twin falls reached the amount of people where they forced to invest in public transit I thought they might invest in something useful, like a bus stop. Instead they’ve made this app and haven’t given it the proper funding to function. I’ve booked rides days in advance and have had them pushed back by up to an hour. The drivers are great, but this city is a joke.

Drivers are wonderful, organization is horrific
The app is great, the drivers are AMAZING but the organization? Definitely needs some work. I’ve taken the TFT to work for a long time and it’s on a rare occasion that they’ll be within your booking time. I’ve booked rides at 8am and they’ve gotten there at 8:30am or the rides have gotten cancelled because “no drivers available”. ; after I’ve book them a week in advance. And you don’t get a refund on the booking. I’ve also booked at 8am and they’ve gotten that at 7:30am, called, and I’m standing in my pajamas going “uhhhh I’m not ready” they’ll either wait or cancel.
Like I said, the drivers are some of the nicest people and the service is great but the organization of it all definitely needs a deep cleansing.

horrible service
nice for rides but… the drivers have disrespected me and made me uncomfortable multiple times and if you need to be somewhere at a certain time i wouldn’t count on this app their wait times are usually ridiculous. they’ll change the times up and down for hours horrible service. fix this issue

Great affordable rides to get u were u need to go.I would recommend for anyone that’s needing an affordable lift to get ahold of these people and download their app it’s super easy to use.
TFT is great!
RTFT is a great service!! I love the drivers and the convenience of having the app!! the only issue I’ve seen so far and I’ve talked with drivers and other customers is that there is not enough drivers to accommodate the demand So the wait times can be long at times! I’ve had to wait up to 172 minutes several times and then a ride gets canceled and having to start all over that’s the only issue I’ve seen so far! Otherwise it’s great and everyone is great. I’d be interested in driving with them also myself!!

There is no way to get the senior discount using the app so I can’t use the app but I have to call instead.

Smooth rides for the price and wait time
TFT is great…
The app is great and is very easy to use. The drivers are amazing and the convenience of having TFT has been great help since I no longer have a car. My biggest issue with TFT and from what I have heard both customers and drivers there isn’t enough drivers. This causes the biggest issue TFT has is their wait times. Sometime I have to book hours in advance because I do not know what my wait time is going to look like. The longest wait time I was given was 138 minutes. Sometimes the ride gets cancelled and you have to start over. Honestly they just need more drivers in order to evenly distribute the work load amongst the drivers

Twin Falls has definitely needed something like this.
I've lived in Twin Falls for 18 years as of this October, and especially in the last few of those years, it's definitely needed some form of public transportation. I much prefer this over a traditional bus system simply because it's much easier to plan my day around. The app is easy to use, which is good for totally blind users like myself. The only slight problem is that parts of it don't work quite as well for screen reading software, for instance you can't edit what you've written in the destination and pick up fields if you make a mistake, unless of course you either can count how many spaces back that mistake was or you delete everything and start over. Aside from that, the app is excellent and seems to be very accurate. It tells you how much you can expect to pay for your ride and how long they estimate your weight will be. Then, when somebody has been assigned to pick you up and tells you who they are and roughly when they expect to be at your destination. Once you have a driver you get two notifications, well, technically three. You get the initial notification of who your driver is, then once they're a few blocks away you get a notification saying that they're arriving soon, plus a final notification when they arrive. Unfortunately, another issue as far as blindness accessibility goes is that from my experimentation it's impossible to rate your driver, or at least extremely difficult. This is kind of sad because so far, and admittedly I've only use the service twice, but my experiences have been positive, so of course I would want to give my drivers positive ratings. Unfortunately, that part of the app does not appear to be accessible.
