I’ve never written a review for an app but I’m here to protect fellow riders from purchasing a bike with a giant power meter! The app crashes mid ride and doesn’t record your data so it’s pretty pointless!

Please update this app. Power meter no longer connects. Garbage app!
Paring with Power Pro
The App will not pair with my power meter, so how can any firmware updates be applied?
What’s the deal?
Every ride I record on the app has terrible data that doesn’t track my route. If I record a ride on Strava using the same device…precision?!?? Are we fixing this Giant?

Funziona?
Provato più e più volte a connettere e calibrare il power meter ma nulla, se questi sono i dispositivi che mettono a disposizione stiamo apposto, anche perché fossero ad un prezzo competitivo..
FIT Datei hat leider keine Route drin, gesamten Daten vom Ride sind aber richtig gezeigt
Die Daten kann man nicht in Strava hochladen, weil wenn die Route gespeichert ist, bekommt man ein fast leere Datei mit wenigen Punkten auf der Strecke, obwohl die Tabelle das richtige gesamten Daten zeigt
Fallos en la calibracion
Medidor garmin con error 65535. Imposible calibrar. Error en biela izquierda. Un producto tan caro y con problemas
Tip for those with trouble
After a firmware update I couldn’t get my power cranks to calibrate (device does not respond) even though it shows in the Bluetooth menu with “signal bars”. What worked for me was to tap on the device and you get a “chain symbol”. Now you are connected and calibration will work. Terrible app design!

Useless
Useless app. Crashes and can't update power meter.

L’App si spegne da sola senza apparente motivo. A volte in pochi secondi a volte dopo minuti.
Limited connection
It seems the app will not work if you are using Shimano E-TUBE at the same time. It would be good if Giant allowed the cadence and other data to be shared with other apps real time.

バグが一向に改善されない…
power proの左右ペダルバランスが常に25:75くらいになる。パワーセンサのプログラムがバグっているのだと思うが、修正PGMが一向にリリースされない。左右クランクのセンサーの充電量表示が逆、これもいつまで経っても改善されない。
Would be a useful app
New bike with Power Pro v3. Apple workout doesn’t do anything with the data so for now I have this app. No point going into detail as for now the crashing needs to be addressed. Just done another ride and blinked and found the app had closed twice. None of the 3 periods had recorded. At least build in some auto saving please.

又搜尋不到藍牙訊息了，是不是軟體又有問題了
Cannot calibrate power cranks
Worked once when I set it up. No longer works. Watched videos. Deleted up. Ensured everything is fully charged. Stayed away from other interfering signals and devices. Nothing. Useless.
