This is a really good app and it is really useful although I do wish that we had more free chats with Coach because we only have 3 until we then have to pay.

Can’t even create an account

I’ve tried several times on different days, and even deleting and reinstalling. The AI registration process is so painfully slow it eventually just stops working. For the love of god, just make sign up a form

Customer service is terrible!

App is buggy, UI needs work, but it was fine until I tried to get some help and contacted their support. Problem with your account? They can’t help you. Issue with your subscription? Not their problem. Want help with billing? They can’t be bothered to even talk about that one. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a bad experience before. Incredibly disappointing

Thanks to this app, I can now canter correctly and jump more! And now I can also control a bucking horse! This app is perfect! But 1 recommendation, maybe the app could also take videos of the rider who is using the app so we know what to improve with! Anyways, I love this app! All my horse riding friends are so much better than me, but I will soon get good!

I have tried many riding journal apps and none have clicked like Ridely. I enjoy having it be free to create multiple horse profiles rather than buying a subscription for it. As an equestrian like myself, I ride different horses sometimes, and it’s really easy to use. I don’t see a lot of western stuff but I don’t mind as I don’t really use the training part of it. A little suggestion—A good feature to have would be if you had walked, trotted, or loped/cantered in the logging activity. Thank you so much!

Hi, thank you for sending in feedback! If I understand you correctly you would like Ridely to be available in more languages, is that right? Hopefully we will be able to fix that in the future but for now the app is just available in english and swedish.

Nothing playing/loading

I just started my trail last night and every video I tried to watch would not play/load. So I have not been able to watch anything yet.

Issue

I love Ridely it’s a great app, I have just been having a glitch where the age (ex. 20__) changes every time I click to edit the horse I am riding. When I save the correct age, it changes again. Can you guys look at this? It does it for all of my horses.

Subscription

I do not recall subscribing until I seen the annual charge email from apple. I had to unsubscribe, praying it works. This charge put me in a hardship.
