Support is non-existent and makes me question the legitimacy of the company. Are they just farming information and selling it?
Attempted to call the number on the website but it went to a random voicemail with a none scripted greeting. Sounded like a default private voicemail. Emailed support and no response. Its been over a week.

Been months and application stuck on verification process
I already contacted driver support to get a status of my application, got a ticket number but never got any response. But i see too many job ads going on craigslist.
