No longer works
After the most recent update the app simply will not connect to my N7 Hybrid. The phone itself connects just fine and the bike receives notifications, the app however hangs and times out during the pairing process. The app is now useless and I cannot change the language of my TFT as a result.

Straight up does nothing for the klx 230, why the hell did they even add Bluetooth! It doesn’t do anything. Notifications nope, fuel mapping nope, range nope

Didn’t spend enough on a brand new 2026
This app was sold as being able to connect to your brand new Kawasaki. Buyer beware, that’s not the if you don’t spend enough money. Though they’ll tell you it can connect, you’ll get a prompt telling you your model doesn’t share detailed information such as odometer reading. Thanks Kawasaki, also your manuals need help.

Cardo “music” issues
This app has issues with Cardo headsets, sound is awful when connected and playing music, if you use the Nav or record a ride the sound feedback is awful, only seems to be an issue with Cardo!
Navigation Messes with my Music
The app is well enough. It lets me make changes to ride modes and all that in the app instead of on the dash. But when I use navigation and try to listen to music, it makes my audio sound like AM radio on blown speakers. 25 Z900
2025 ZX-6R KRT
This app is TERRIBLE. There is an option in this app to record your service history as well as ride logs but there's no cloud storage service for the data. Once the app is updated the maintenance logs and ride history are erased and bluetooth pairing is lost (it must be reconnected to the bike after each update).
No bike settings cam be adjusted with this app. Software updates for TFT functions are non-existent (all modern vehicles have remote software updates of some form). There are functions on the newer TFT screens that are NOT able to be reset (e.g. average gas milage, trip ride time, average speed etc) and should be. The software designers apparently passed muster on half a functional display screen. Since it's 2026 you'd think a software update would fix something so simple.

GREAT CONCEPT, But Needs Improvements.
I think the trip logging is fantastic, however ONLY being able to start and stop the log while fully stopped is ridiculous.
It takes one tap to start/stop it. We are in 2026 so surely there is a way to tell the ECU to allow this while the bike is in motion. ZX6R is indeed a track bike after all, correct?

The logging actually gets pretty detailed information, however I’d like to see it record smoother and faster. It’s choppy like a ticking watch, I want it smooth and recording at a HIGHER refresh rate like a Rolex watch. Not a G-Shock.

Complete trash
Tech is a true challenge to use. So many things needed to set it up fail because the options needed aren’t available. I have to have deleted my rideology app account for 14 days before I can re-install the same bike to properly connect to it or Bluetooth won’t show it again due to deleting it over a bandwidth download size.
Neither bike connected. Instructions vague and very limited depending on where you seek them out. What a joke.
Cool dream though. App seems more for tracking your actions than to be a help for the user.

Terrible app for my Z900 2025my, set the destination and it works for a few miles then suddenly it stops working and removes the turn by turn off the screen on the bike, leaving me in the lurch when out riding areas I don’t know…I expected better from a Japanese manufacturer
Why can’t they fix this app
I have been forced to use this app for 5 years ever since I bought my H2. I use it simply to adjust rider features as it is no good for anything else. I suspect the developers of this app just were not good enough to code something that could possibly do what they wanted. Maybe if the developers hired a beginner coder they would have better luck with this app!!! In simpler terms for the people that actually worked on this app, it SUCKS SO FIX IT if they can.

App buggy
Right now when I save a maintenance item in Maintenance History it tells me it is saved but then it disappears and one can’t find it anywhere again. Very frustrating to use,

App is ok for general use but for navigation it’s completely useless. You have gone way past turn offs before it’s quick enough to display on screen. Glad I didn’t subscribe to Kawasaki for it.

This app is completely awful. You don’t get to see anything besides a picture and logging a trip. I would’ve loved to see my oil life, odometer, etc. my bike is a 2026 so brand new, no reason I shouldn’t get these features.

Will not connect at all Bluetooth on phone says it’s connected but it doesn’t connect with z900rs se 2026 model.
Needs Work
The app keeps using my location after minimizing , which is a privacy and battery drain concern. That and the fact my dealer can’t find a QR code for my 12k dollar motorcycle has really been a let down. Fix the app and I’ll improve my rating!!

The app is completely useless with the navigation side which is locked without a QR code which does not work. Kawasaki cannot supply another code sick of asking them. Needs a completely different system to unlock the navigation. Majority of users are having same issues.
Maintenance log boo
I really wanted to like this app if for anything other than to maintain my maintenance records, but it’s so inconsistent on how it saves them. I literally put in the same record five times and it doesn’t pop up that I did the maintenance but the date is there like it saved something but I can’t find the maintenance record I just made.
