Very great

It’s a very good soo to keep track of your rides, you can see every detail in your rides. The map is a bit older tho, so there are some places missing like streets

Amazing BUT

Ive noticed that at my local bike park, chicksands which has many trails, non of them are on the map! I would add them but you have to have premium to add trails! Its so odd that to put down trails you have to pay! If it wasnt like that it would be 6/5 stars and make there less stuff on premium make mtb more accessible! Otherwise for that large ahh flaw it is a very good app, and if you have money to buy premium I recommend it! If you dont tho its basically useless.

Paywall

The app seems good enough but everything is stuck behind a paywall including looking at trails

Good just doesn’t have enough free features

Ik that y’all need a subscription option so you can make money, but I don’t think you need to restrict pretty much the entire app unless you have a subscription, also the airtime feature is really cool but it usually doesn’t track most of your jumps, I hit a set of jumps for 30mins straight and it only said I hit one jump. Great App! But pls allow more free features

Response from developer

Hi there, Very much appreciate this review and totally understand your perspective. We will look into jump tracking and make this as accurate as possible, appreciate the heads up that it didn't detect some of your jumps, i'll look into this. As for free features, accessing our map and tracking rides will always remain free, and we will continue to look into ways we can improve the free experience for users. We are a small team that focuses primarily on this app, so the subscription revenue allows us to improve the platform and support our growth, but we definitely acknowledge that a Pro subscription isn't feasible for all users, and will continue to support the free tier. Thanks again for checking out RidePal

Subscription based

Get to actually looking and it says they offer 7 days free and you have to or you can’t use the app and afterwards I’m assuming you need to pay to use the app so I’m not using it

Response from developer

Hi there thanks for checking out RidePal, Tracking rides and accessing our map are free features and will always remain free, even if you cancel your trial. I hope this answers your question and thanks again for checking out the app.
